Move and Clean

I posted my moving request on Home Stars and received a response from Move and Clean within minutes. They responded promptly to my questions as I was also trying to arrange for cleaning and juggling various dates. I was a little nervous since they didn't have many reviews and I felt like the pictures were stock pictures pulled from the internet. Anyhow Move and Clean had the date I needed and the price was on par with the 6 other quotes I received.

I put my deposit down about 1.5 weeks in advance and I didn't hear anything even 2 or 3 days before the move. About 12 hours before the move, I called the phone number and the voicemail was full. I then sent a text message and got a reply within a few minutes. Everything was on schedule.

On the morning of the move, the truck arrived 15 minutes early. We had a quick walkthrough of what needed to be moved so they have an idea how to load the truck. Four hours later we were done.

The movers themselves, were very professional, clean, and had good communication. One of them told me he came from Ukraine in 2016 and the company does carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, etc., and there are bundled discounts.

I am a tough customer and rarely give full stars. Besides some areas for improvement on the communication front with the office, I would recommend them for sure.
