I did full renovation for my new purchased house, my timeline was so tight but Sam make it easy, everything went as per the plan, he preordered the materials upfront avoid any delay because of COVID, all labours showed up on time, all work done in a perfect way.
I really appreciated Sam advices on many items that I was not aware of (which save me a lot of time and money).
