ServiceMaster Restore of Vancouver

they were hired by my insurance company (so the insurance company has paid for this, not me personally) to address damage following from a leak. The work was done repeatedly poorly - it didn't appear that there was any quality control. They also:
- let themselves into my house without prior notice after 9pm (scared me half to death)
- created a big stain

i'm still holding out hope that they will fix this, but it's been over a year
