Reza was very understanding, humble, punctual, kept me up to date , respectful, reply to phone calls and text messages in a timely manner, professional, and gave great guidance. He replace my old entire broken concrete window sill and with a new window concrete sill. He was very neat in doing his job, cleaning up the area after completing his work, working all day fully committed. I would definitely be hiring him for future jobs. I highly recommend him. You would be in capable hands.

We needed all of our old caulking on the exterior windows and doors removed and new caulking re-applied. Reza worked diligently all day to complete the work and he did a fantastic job. He also swept up and cleaned the vicinity when he was done. Would highly recommend him!

Raza...is a great person to deal with and his workmanship is warranted by his quality of work. My washroom tile replacement was a breeze with Raza taking over. Absolutely clean and he respects the house he works in. I will definitely re-hire him as my all go to requirements for any handyman related jobs.

Reza helped with my bathroom renovation on ground and upstairs. It was fantastic job . More than what one can expect. His works are very neat and clean. In short he is a jem in Durham for renovation work!! Highly recommend!!

After I found about the water mark on our family room ceiling, I called Reza. He came on the same day and was able to identify where the leakage was. For the next three days, he fixed the leakage from the bathroom toilet, reinstalled the bathroom floor and repaired the damage on the ceiling. I was impressed with his professionalism and skills. He was very thorough and detail-oriented. I was very happy with the end result and have a peace of mind. I strongly recommend Reza to any home Reno projects!

I called Reza to inspect and give an estimate to fix a shower glass door alignment which was causing the door to not close properly. After looking at the issue, Reza indicated it to be a serious issue that may be very hard to fix. He then said that he wants to give it a try with a screwdriver and was able to remediate the issue within 5-10 minutes. He charged $180 for the work without giving any estimate at the start which I found very unreasonable. Regardless of how small a work is, get an estimate before letting anyone start a work (or giving a try).

REZA was prompt, explained job, completed quickly and did excellent work. I highly recommend his services.

I am writing this review late. Reza came in December 2023 and inspected the side of our garage where water was coming in. He removed the old caulking but could not re caulk due to the depth and width of the caulking removed. Instead he went and purchased polymeric sand, cleaned everything around the side of the garage and applied the polymeric sand to the gap between the walkway stonework and the side of the garage. It is now 6 months later and the sand has held up and no more water entering the garage. Thank you Reza.
