I asked what it would cost and Steven said between $180-$220 for a junior one bedroom apartment. I would never agree to spend $315 plus HST for such a small area. He said he only gave me an estimate. I never would've agreed to pay so much. He refused to issue an invoice for $220 plus tax, which I would have been happy to pay.

This review by Lynn was done in bad taste and does not reflect the excellent quality of work we did, which is why she did not criticize the quality of work because that would have been prime time dishonest.
Lynn called for a deep cleaning of a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. In addition to this when we got on site, we had to:
1. Wash and fold 3 full loads of laundry,
2. Clean inside the oven,
3. Clean inside the fridge,
4. Move heavy furniture ( wardrobe) and clean dust that according to her has been piling up for 15 years.
5. Sanitize and Disinfect high touch surface areas with medical grade Neu Quat.Additionally , Lynn has a dog and that means that we had to deal with fur and also scrubbing the edge of carpet in the living room that had dog pee as well as the area where the dog cage was required more attention.
We gave Lynn an estimate of $225 plus HST on a with clear communication that if the scope of work on-site is more than what was discoursed, it will be billed accordingly.
Our going rate for deep cleanings start at $45 per staff hour.
2 staff were on site for 4 hours and we only billed for 3.5 hours.
This review is a blatant disregard for the work we did and she has also refused to pay up till this day for the work done, so I don't even understand why she is making a review for something she has not paid for but has been enjoying.
