Changing shower heads and tub spout
We wanted to install new shower arms to hang bathroom stuff from but we ended up spending a lot of time and reinstalling the old arms and just adding new shower heads to them (I could replace the shower heads myself). So, we basically paid about 2 hours labour work for installation of 2 shower heads!
It took about 2.5 hours to cut the existing tub spout, remove a tile and drywall, and install a new copper pipe and tub spout (and yet I had to spend more time and money to fix the wall).
I sent them pictures of the parts that needed to be fixed so that their team have an idea of the time and effort required for this job and send an experienced plumber to do it.
I had questions and comments regarding the invoice that we received, but they never responded.
