My experience with Lucas was just like the last reviewers experience except I didnt even get any work done. I just had Lucas run off with a $1200 deposit and the only work Lucas did was to chew up a sealed entry to my attic.

The lack of professionalism, punctuality, effort, honesty, and character was unbelievable.

Do not under any circumstances hire Lucas.

Lucas did a terrible Reno.
First day the price went up $500.
After starting he had many excuses for not showing up.
Tools were left in hallway n bathroom for days as he went on a 4 day trip.
Never sweeping or cleaning up after his 3 hr workday.
Spilled a pail of paint on new tiles.
Lucas finally said he couldnt finish because
his work van broke down.

The technician arrived at the prescribed time and date. He cheerfully climbed ladders and efficiently replace the old and damaged vents in a reasonable length of time and very professional manner and left a clean and tidy work area. Job well done. Very satisfied.

Lucas was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking to completely renovate the kitchen in my condo. As this is my first major reno, Lucas was great about laying out the process and order of things. He was also open to me helping out wherever I could. The sledgehammer was way too much fun! We did run into a bunch of snags with the reno due to the shape of the kitchen and being in a condo, there are only so many things that can be changed or adjusted... whenever I had questions, Lucas was great about answering them in a timely manner which I appreciated.

Lucas was recommended to me by my realtor to help with enlarging a window and adding an additional egress window in our basement. We had some significant challenges with the city by-laws and the unexpected depth of the foundation. Lucas was very up-front and transparent throughout the process and quite easy to get a hold of throughout. When we finally got all the issues sorted with the planning/city. Lucas was quite punctual in getting the work finished.

We felt comfortable enough with Lucas to have him in our home and would be happy to work with him again.

We were looking for someone to renovate my parent's home before putting it on the market. The project required a significant facelift. The house needed to be repainted, new floors and the kitchen updated. Lucas was recommended to us by the home stager and he did not disappoint. He completed the job within the project timeline outlined at the beginning of the project. He was readily available to discuss any changes or concerns we had and was very accommodating in getting these completed. The amount of work he completed in the timeframe was impressive and his rates were very fair for what we needed to be done. In the end, we were very pleased with the result. The home showed very well and sold quickly and for a great price. I am sure it was due to the work that Lucas completed.
