Called and he said initially would be 500 to do half the floor requiring repair. Came next day and asked for cash up front before starting and letting us put in order for wood. Paid him 250 cash then he removed part of floor and we proceeded to store. They said may be up to 2 weeks before will come in. He messaged updating then said he found a solution had to pay 150 cash up front before he could get the material as one we paid for was not available. He told me remainder would be more. In the end I would always get multiple quotes - it felt like I paid more than agreed to and lots of follow up to ensure got done (nerve wracking to say the least). I also would not pay for work up front using cash without an agreement or quote. Ok job minor floor issue that could have been fixed up a bit more. Glad followed through in the end. Felt like a bit of shock factor was added when he said would usually cost 20k for full repair and was helping me out (both my partner and I felt that rhetoric was unnecessary).

great product and install, very happy with the results! We had luxury vinyl installed on our upper floor as this house will become a renal soon and the durability was important to us.

Paid a 150 deposit work was never done, flaky, never showed up waited 30 days, said he would refund the deposit and still nothing. He said he wouldnt need a deposit until the work is done, but then asked a couple weeks later for one I should have never sent it. Never again. Its now been 40 days since initial contact my floor still UNTOUCHED and deposit gone.
