We hired James in May to complete an 8 week washroom renovation which dragged on for several weeks longer. We were blamed for many delays and responsibility was never taken by this contractor during his time working. He sub contracted a tiler and insisted he will grout it, leaving permanent marker on tiles and missing larger areas of grout. The attitude began when addressing these concerns and the quality of workmanship diminished. I will update this review with more details and pictures at a later date but these pictures are an idea of how James left our home. There is missing trim, caulking and wall fixtures we paid for that were never installed and the plumbing (see images) was hacked and the wrong parts were used. The shower stall leaks as well (never finished) a beautiful renovation that was neglected to complete because payment was made for the next job and he disappeared. Promising to return but never did. My old exhaust fan is still in the attic roof (my problem now) i will add the picture when I retrieve it and fix the insulation. I waited since September to post this review for respect for his business but his disrespected my entire family and took deposit for next job.

Lance. I am completely shocked and appalled. You know very well how shady and untrue this review is. The doors were all to be replaced and you took this picture before hand. Those pictures are fraudulent. As of this morning (11/23/22) I am still in contact with your wife over the materials you have ordered through me.. based on the personal conversations we have had this is completely defamatory. I wish you all the best with your private concerns. Truly unfortunate you chose to attack me and my business on this platform as I know you personally.
