It is unfortunate that you feel unsatisfied with our service. We work all over the GTA and do hundreds of projects annually so we cannot be sure who we are responding to or which project you are referring to. As you have pointed out, the work was well done. That's the most important factor here. We showed up and we completed your work professionally. Sometimes things happen. Things outside of our control. Nature happens. Homes often have cracks in the foundation, this is a part of concrete. It is in the nature of concrete to crack. We prepare and finish every single one of projects with the intention of lasting a lifetime and we ensure that we enforce with wire mesh/and/or rebar. So that in case a crack ever does happen, it does not shift, or expand. So, the reason we were not able to repair your crack is because to patch up a crack would make it more visible than the crack itself. It is not because we don't care to fix it. All the best.
