Groundhogs had undermined one of the footings and one other had started to crumble. An accessible ramp was removed and the deck rebuilt. Weeping tile and gravel was placed under the eaves trough in case of overflow from leaf blockage. Gravel was removed from under ramp and topsoil added. Dan saw the need to start the project quickly. The crumbling footing would have caused the roof overhang to sag if it had been left much longer. I was very satisfied with Jack's carpentry and Curtis's labour. Highly recommend this company.
