We have worked with contractors and trades over the years, but none have come close to the RADO team. They are the best.

Our project was a full house renovation (2,400 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 5 washrooms, kitchen, windows, doors and floors everything).
- Professional from Day 1 with simple, clear contract terms
- They told us if we moved out and left them an empty house to work with, they would complete the job in 3 months. They told us the start date and end date at contract signing and they met their timing commitment to the day!
- We were concerned about delays related to things out of their control due to supply chain issues, etc. coming out of the pandemic. But everything came together like clock-work no delays.
- RADO has a strong network of trusted partners and they all delivered, as required
- The team were on-site Monday to Friday 730am to 330pm from Day 1 to end of project
- We made design decisions together. They listened to us.
- They cleaned as they went inside and out
- They treated our neighbours with respect

We actually miss having the them around! Who can say something like that about their contractor and team after a renovation?

I used Rado General Contracting on two separate occasions - the first was a full gut job + large addition; the second was a full gut job. Both renovations went amazingly well.

Rado provides a realistic timeline and budget - both of my renovations came in on time and on budget (yes, it's true!). The entire team is also a pleasure to work with. They are clean and courteous and work hard. Rado of Rado Contracting is amazing at space planning and "seeing" the final product in the midst of all the mess and was extremely helpful throughout the entire renovation process (x2!). Both renovations came out better than expected - the quality of the work done in both cases was amazing!!!

We had an amazing experience with Rado. Ofir managed to stay within our budget without going over, and the project ended a day before it was supposed to! Rado has done extensive renovations and complete home builds for both myself and several of my clients and friends Ofir and his team NEVER disappoint. Rados projects are always on time - typically a much shorter timeline than others because of his incredible ability to plan, coordinate and organize all of his trades. Hes always on budget, with no surprises, and his trades arrive when he says they will - refreshing in this industry, not to mention theyre all courteous and tidy up after themselves. His constant communication and updates are extremely comforting and reassuring during a reno/build. If youre looking to build a home or do an extensive reno in Toronto there is no one Id trust more.

Ofir worked with the kitchen manufacturer to design and install a beautiful and functional kitchen. In addition we did floors and a bathroom. He is a perfectionist and would not allow anyone to take shortcuts that would result in less than a first class finished product.
