Upgrade Electric

A power outlet just stopped working. Looked up Upgrade Electric, liked the reviews and contacted them with the problem. They were the first to respond and were able to show up the next day. Fixed the outlet, suggested a few recommendations and quoted a few future jobs upon our request on the spot. A definite two thumbs up and I would highly recommend their services.

Jonatan is the best electrician I found from Homestars in the Kitchener. He is very skilled, knowledgeable, easy to communicate and price is very reasonable. He will come and finish on schedule, will finish clean like there was never a renovation. Jonathan and his team mates have the greatest working attitude toward the work. Jonathan was excellent. He was the only person I asked for a quote who actually came to my house. The work went exactly as he laid it out. The estimate was bang on and he came every day exactly on time. He arranged for the inspection and met the inspector on site. I have more work to do on the house next year and will be using them again.

I had several bathroom fans installed. There were several issues that upgrade had to deal with which made the job more challenging. They handled them all with class and were very respectful when it came to the cost associated with the changes. I am very satisfied with upgrade and would recommend them to anyone, thank you for the great job

Had a tankless water heater installed; the installers recommended having a dedicated outlet for this. Upgrade Electric was prompt to reply to my service request and fit a visit in as they were working in the area. Quickly found that the current plug was actually the best one to be using. Communications were very professional and helpful.

Jon came over to help with a few different electrical tasks -- I wasn't sure how best to solve some of my townhouse electrical problems, but he had smart ideas to get the jobs done. He installed an over-the-range microwave plug, an outdoor motion detector, an outdoor video camera (hard wired), and various small fixes around the house. Jon was quick and courteous, and he was upfront with the costs, which I found to be very fair. Highly recommend!
