I need a complete renovation for my entire house and I am glad to have appointed FTC as my contractor where they are on time to complete the project, stick with the agreed budget with no ad hoc charge and as well as excellent craftsmanship.

Felix (project manager) has been awesome during the entire project, he advice me the progress in every few days making sure everything is on the right track. He always offer me different ideas to better the design or even finding ways to save up some budget, I can feel his passion in making excellent product rather than just making sure the project is being done.

I highly recommend FTC not just with how good their works been done, but they have offer me a worry free journey with a care and responsive Project Manager.

Builded a custom home with FTC Construction couple years ago. They were very easy to work with. Good communication and attention to detail. They also gave very detail price quote so no extra hidden cost pop up during the process, which was important for keeping everything under budget specially in a big project like this. I have a 20yr old house with multiple leaking bathrooms and enclosed floor plan that needed to be renovated. We completely changed the existing floor plan so I can have a open concept house that I have dreamed of. Some major works of this renovation included changing the stair location, opening up load bearing walls, adding extra bathroom, adding walk up basement and so on. We were referred by a friend to FTC for renovating our 4 bathrooms and kitchen for our newly purchased home. We had a tight deadline for completing everything as my wife is giving birth to our second daughter in August. Estimate was aligned to final price paid; no delay in construction and quality of work was excellent.
