CJ paving

I contracted CJ Paving to remove, repave and widen my driveway boulevard. I was having a family gathering early in the next month and it was falling apart. I got the quote on Friday May 25, the driveway boulevard was removed and widened on Tuesday May 29th. It was repaved on Tuesday June 5! Such a very good job. The people are easy to speak to and performed the job EXACTLY as we had discussed and just how I wanted. I even got commercial grade asphalt so the driveway will last longer. I will try and post a picture later.

We used C J paving 3 yrs. ago - First of all, we paid deposit & they did not show up - so we went to their home address for answers! They delayed our start a few times -finally began job latter part of day & we had to use our flood light to help them see what they were doing. Then they ran out of cement, we had to wait for another to arrive! Not good, different batch, making it visible after drying. Curbs & path have now split & pieces have some out in several places . Tried & tried to contact them but no luck.

In hopes of anyone else having the awful experience I have received so far. I have put my deposit down and since then they want nothing to do with me. They do not return calls, they keep giving me excuses why the work can't be done and I just want people reading this to look for another company! I'm trying to be nice because I need the work done but this is unbelieveable. Go elsewhere!!!!!

I would like to thank this company for the great work they have done. They paved our driveway 4 years ago. John the owner was very good to us. As this past summer there was an oil spill on our driveway. We called john to have it repaired. He came 2 days later like we planned. They fixed it fast. And then he refused to take payment and told us don't worry about it. I would recommend this company to anyone in Brampton looking for paving & concrete work.

This company has the worst customer service EVER! Quick to quote and did the job when they said but when we noticed a few issues (discoloration, sinking), we have been unable to get a hold of them. After 3 weeks of phone calls, they said they would be by next week to fix them. That was 3 weeks ago and still no one has come. Phoning everyday and leaving messages has been to no avail. Had I found these reviews beforehand, I most certainly would have paid more and gone with another company. Absolutely disgusted.

Worst customer service EVER!
They were supposed to be here the first week of September last year to do our driveway and regrade & sod the front lawn. They did not show up that week and did not return my calls for a couple of weeks. When I finally got hold of them, I was told they would be here the following week. After many more unanswered calls, and several weeks, I went to the owner's house. I was then promised the job would be done the following Monday. The crew showed up on the Wednesday and did the driveway. Another couple of weeks and several more unanswered calls went by before they returned to do the lawn. It is now late October and several of the sod strips they installed were dead already. The owner told me not to worry, the grass will take root and recover over the winter and all would be good in the spring. He said the work and materials are guaranteed.
I called the company in late April to tell them that 10 strips were not growing and had to be replaced. I was promised he would come and look at it that week. Of course, he has not shown up. I bought and installed the replacements myself.
We also have a problem spot on the driveway. I don't ever want to deal with these people again.

We are SENIORS and having extreme STRESS with CJ PAVING,on May 22nd. 2007 they Dug up our one-car Driveway and promised to COMPLETE the job in 1 hour the following day!...However, we are still waiting for this to be done inspite of SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS sent to them..they have not contacted us either by e-mail or by phone, except for the one time on May 28th, that they would be here the following day (may 29th) yesterday! but STILL no one has come nor CONTACTED US! - to be left without even the COURTESY of a REPLY! as to what is taking place! and TODAY is 30th May, 2007. There seems to be no way in which to get a hold of them....besides SUBMITTING A cONTACT fORM - which we've done

Great customer service, being very popular in the City he gets delayed in his work only because he gets sollicitated whilst doing the job and this happens continously...

We are very pleased with his work as well as our other 3 neighbours whom sollicitated CJ Paving when they started with us....

You cannot go wrong with this choice !
