CONCRETE MASTER

I had an emergency where it was discovered that a clogged sewage had backed-up all the way to the bottom step basement of my mother's house! Upon discovering my elderly mother panicked and called me at work.

Before I arrived on-site Fedor and team from Concrete Master came and tended to my elderly mom. He re-assured her of the issue/non-issue and offered several methods to resolve re: clearing the backup via snake, endoscopy the drain all the way to the city line, hazard clean-up and driving items out to city dump and potential reno to fix the damaged areas (dry-wall).

We felt comfortable with Fedor and team and left our house keys while I took my mother to a hotel for the night.

By 9am next morning, Fedor and team had placed cardboard paper along the entire front hallway leading to the basement and dropsheets along the stairs to not track mud/dirt in the house! The drain was snaked and all Sewage was scarped/squeegeed back into the drain! This was all done before my arrival!

The team took all impacted waste material (carpeting, boxes on the floor) to the city dump for us and returned with industrial Foam Zep and GOJO Cleaner to sterilize.

What we thought would be a multi-day emergency was resolved and back to normal in half-a-day! I can't thank the team enough, esp for providing peace of mind to me and my family. Thank you so much!

Referred by neighbors up the street, the Concrete Master team provided excellent and quick service to remedy a difficult situation, removing a building trap, installing a clear out and replacing a basement drain. This company did the job perfectly for me. I hired them to fill a few trenches and was very pleased with their work. The men that came to do it were very kind, respectful and showed that they truly cared about they were doing. Not only was the work done really well and concrete was very even, the guys waited and stayed on my job site to let the concrete settle before they could apply another coat. They didn't rush the job.
