Ephraim Roofing and home renovation

DO NOT HIRE. We hired Ephraim (peter) to fix a few small spots on our roof. There were rotten shingles that needed to be replaced, he quoted us $650 dollars to replace that portion. When he left it was dark, and he did not share any photos of that area. The next morning I looked and it was a disaster (see photo). He lazily added shingles on top without removing the rotten ones. It looked terrible and was obviously not waterproof. I messaged him and he agreed that it was incomplete and needed to be fixed, he said he would come by next week to fix it. He then never answered me when i asked him for his availability. It has been two weeks, and i had to hire another company to fix his mess. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. DO NOT HIRE.

Joseph was great. Completely removed old railroad ties and installed new concrete wall. Total project took just 4 days..

I was not satisfied with this company. Too much paint was purchased. Paint was everywhere - trim, carpet, ceiling. The painter couldnt speak English so we couldnt communicate with him. A crew did come back to repaint the ceiling, and trim where the coloured paint had gotten on it. They somewhat cleaned the paint from the carpet. Maybe doing a roof is their thing because painting sure isnt. I appreciated that they came back to try to correct their mistakes.

Reliable, excellent customer service, good quality. Team was able to accomodate last minute ask and work weekend to complete the job.

Came ASAP. Solved the problem. Also discovered that roof vents needed caulking. Fixed problem at reasonable cost.

Peter and his crew are extremely professional and might I add honest! I was quoted 9k plus by other contractors but Peter came in took pictures from the roof most importantly explained the work that need to be done. We were guided every step of the way and they cleaned up after themselves, so much so that my neighbour has now hired them to patch up some shingles, the blue off during the storm. If youre looking for a good and honest company I highly recommend Ephraim, ask for peter!

Peter was very quick to respond to my request for help. He did a great job and we will have him back to do other jobs.

They repaired my roof and it leaked again. They came and put some silicon but it leaked again. I called them but they did not respond.
