Yosvir reached out so quickly after I posted the project on HomeStars and came to inspect as soon as he could. Right away I felt comfortable with Yosvirs visit and explanation of the mold issue that was present in my basement. He prepared a fair quote and was able to begin the process of tearing out the mold safely the very next day.
He and his partner were so considerate of keeping my house clean and avoiding cross contamination, which was really important for me as I have two young kids. Lots of drywall, insulation, wooden studs and carpet had to be removed due to the mold issue. There was very little disruption to my days routine (I work from home) and the job was done in just two days.
