Louis Fence and Decks

Our shared fence was 25 years old, rotted posts and about to fall over.

We got a 3 quotes and ultimately decided to go with Louis Fence and Decks.

Louis himself came to see the job, took measurements, took note of the different elevation between myself and the neighbour, walked us through options and how the job would be accomplished.

Having the the guy giving the quote do the job was comforting.

He worked with our schedule for a start date a few weeks out.

As with any good contractor, there was a small deposit to lock in the commitment.

Day 1:
- Arrived on time early morning with all their equipment to start the job
- By mid afternoon the old fence and posts had been removed
- The team took great care to minimize the impact on our landscaping
- New holes dug to the correct depth, posts set and plumb.
- All waste removed from site.

Day 2:
- Arrived on time again with all the lumber to do the job.
- Synched up on the changes we were introducing to the grade
- New panels set
- 2 gates fabricated and installed.
- The very little waste that was produced from offcuts was also removed.

The 3-person team worked hard and diligently to turn deliver a quality job in 2 days.

The job was split with my neighbour, he communicated promptly with both us and accommodating of change request for a metal detail in the gate.

Quality job, on time on budget. 10/10
