This company was recommended to us. We were in need of shingle replacement prior to installing some solar arrays. The problem was to coordinate both roof installations.
Getting a quote was just fine and Cowboys promised to have the roof done by a certain date. The first date was missed due to weather. However, the second date for a promised finish was also missed, not due to weather at all, and the solar array was delayed resulting in a penalty.
We would have been able to delay the solar installation if Cowboys had been honest about when they could accommodate us. Given the lack of honesty in establishing a contract I would not recommend them. There are many other more reputable firms.
