Horrible!! What should of been a 5/6 max hour move became 13 hrs and then Lucas acted like he was doing me a favor only charging me 11 hrs.. From showing up late, to having NO TOOLS to damaging my further and even tried to cover up damaging my bed by colouring on it is beyond me..I would NOT recommend this company

Right from the first contact with Kratos to book the move to the finished move the Kratos team was professional and accommodating. The booking experience with Alex, and the move day with team led by Adam, were all like no other moving company I have used before. We were in a crunch to get our contents moved and there were so many changes, but the Team at Kratos helped us along the way and made the move possible, working incredibly long hours and very hard, never stopping for breaks, we had to encourage them to take breaks, as we had over 60 large heavy items. Big thanks to Alex, Adam, Peter and Dennis for making our move an amazing experience!

Literally, these guys are awesome!!!!!!!. They had no hesitation go the extra mile for our move. Long story short, moved from Ontario and we had to move in in a middle of a blizzard (winter in Moncton) and they were super friendly and professional. All of the goods arrived safe and no damage to the furniture at all. Best company for sure.
