The work completed by Genti was excellent. From the moment I met Genti, I could tell he was an honest business man and passionate about his work. We were looking for a special color in the Gentek materials and Genti called the company and went to Kitchener to pick it up for the job.

He met his time commitments on finishing the job on time and after he left you couldn't tell he was there...no mess!

Everything about what Genti did was professional. He gave a quote that he said was the minimum, based on my description and what he could see from pictures I sent him. When he came out, after a little exploring, it was obvious that this was a much larger job. He communicated clearly what was going on, what my options were , what he would do and what the likely cost would be. He came on time and did an amazing job with my guttera that were clogged. it seems the previous owners had not ever cleaned them for years.

Genti very patiently cleaned up the gutters, pointed out a few minor issues and fixed them for a nominal charge.

Gentjan responded quickly to my request for work done on my eavestrough (re-routing a downspout to a different location). He was very friendly and professional. He was able to begin work the same day that I spoke with him. The job was more complicated than originally planned (he constructed a new 30-foot gutter by himself!), but he stayed until the job was done at approximately 10:30pm. Highly recommended!
