I could not be more pleased with my experience with the Relocation Engineers! From start to finish, this company and crew exceeded my expectations.
On the day and time of the move, I received a text that the workers were on their way. I liked that. They showed up right on time and got to work. We had one big hiccup - one of my furniture pieces did not fit down the stairs. They tried and tried but alas it just wasn't going to work - at a certain point we all agreed exclude it from the move. What I hadn't noticed, however, is that in their efforts, they damaged a wall slightly. Well, they pointed that out to me and said someone would be in touch to discuss repairing it. And guess what, I heard from Colin shortly after and the repair was done - all as if it never happened! I am so impressed that they were upfront about it and that they didn't hesitate to point out the issue. I believe it's not the mistake that's important, it's how it's handled - and this was handled in the most professional way.
From there on in, everything went smoothly.
I definitely look forward to working with the Relocation Engineeres again!

I'm a single parent and I was so nervous about my move. Then Brendan and Bizmark arrived and put my mind at ease. When my sofa would't fit thru the door at my new place, they called a third mover Christian to help out! I can't say enough, they were all so wonderful to work with!

The gentleman call and I believe is the one that owns the company first off this is how you run a company this is the prime example of customer service care Help even almost a little bit of being a psychologist these guys literally saved my being for the day they're understanding they are quick they're careful it was just it made a move seem like taking groceries home from the store it was the best experience I've ever had when it comes to moving Not only was it the best experience I ever had but it's almost a friendly family type of experience after you leave like I fully feel to call this gentleman calling and ask him how he's doing in the future and stuff like that like really good guy two guys that moved me amazing workers so good that I actually want them to come move me again when I'm done or I'm moving again I'm not going to have any other company move me ever again contemplating a move anywhere this is the company to get to move you just an amazing amazing experience amazing group of people amazing company thank you so much for Colin you saved people's lives I spoke to you on the phone earlier you know what I'm talking about

Getting a quote and setting up the move was so easy, and the moving crew were just *amazing*! They secured, moved, and resecured a very unusual, large, heavy, and ornate sculpture in perfect safety-and kept the (extremely nervous) owner informed and reassured all the way through. Solid 12/10 experience!
