Xolar Energy was very professional. Installation was quick. i am really happy with the product.

Reliable Solar Energy Company that are knowledgeable and recommending and installing the latest solar energy equipment(quote from the NB electrical inspector). This project consisted of installing a total of 37 Panels - 20 on the roof of the garage and 17 on the roof of the house.
Payback is projected at 10.5 years but may be less as the electrical pricing in NB will be increasing 9% for each of the next two years.

A small system that will provide power during outages and work for me by helping me save on my power bill between outages.

Installation complete. We were happy with the services and installation team's work. They provided a great "timelines diagram" walking us through the various steps of the process which was helpful. I would recommend doing regular follow ups by email or phone to ensure you have all the forms and applications covered. For a couple of the forms it was unclear whether we submitted them to hydro/township ourselves, instead they ended up doing it for us.
I would recommend asking for clarity during that stage, in addition I would suggest asking lots of questions during the on-site visit.

Install team cleaned up the site well after they finished, only item missing from the original equipment delivery was the rails but the install team was able to bring those supplies themselves.

Last item be sure to consider the shape of your roof, we have split level home and it merges into triangle peaks instead of a wide rectangular shape which restricted the placement of the panels (see photo).

We worked with the management team of Xolar Inc., Ontario and sub-contractors in Fredericton, New Brunswick to have the system up and running. It was a large project during COVID. The XOLAR Management Team assisted us by getting us aligned with the federal and provincial rebates, pre-/post- energy audits, New Brunswick Power Inspectors and Net Metering registration. We were educated on how to read the reports and view the power generation online as well.
We have been up and running since June 2022 and we have enjoyed not paying any hydro bills in the summer months.
We hope to have more power generated since we started utilizing the panels only in late June.

Would recommend this company to anyone, they are a smaller company with very good customer service and backup support.

The installation crew arrived at the appointed date and time. There were three of them, and quickly set to work. They worked well as a team, everyone knowing what they were doing. When they were done, they cleaned up absolutely everything.
When the day came a month or so later for Hydro One to connect the system to the grid, the crew came back and did the same impeccable job.
The system looks nice, works well, and has received many compliments from passers by.
