I found Refael on Homestars and glad I went with him. He was fast responding...to my initial questions/situation with clear/to the point..info/recommendations (and pricing). Setting up an app't was straightforward, and he arrived on time...efficiently resolving my (condo) lock issue. I highly recommend him, and would use him again.
