Our attic door suddenly fell from the ceiling and it was a terrible moment. I called up few contractors who looked at the door and fixture and gave me an estimate. Leo was one amongst them but he approached the repair job professionally as he explained the job entailment patiently. We liked his suggestion and decided to hire his services. He did a fantastic job meeting our expectation and staying true to his word. I wish him and his team @ Lepata a wonderfull journey ahead.

Lepata Construction were fantastic, working diligently with us to design an addition that would meet our needs. They visited the home on several occasions to take measurements and assess the structure, electrical panel, rooflines, etc. and later to take us through design options and explain all options clearly. They were highly transparent throughout and were very responsive to our feedback. They submitted our building permit application and helped us through the approval stage as well. Working with them was a pleasure and I hope to do so again in the future!

A former contractor renovated our washroom, which included removing floor tiles and re-tiling. That contractor apparently did not adequately secure the sub-floor prior to laying the tiles. After a few months, the floor started to squeak when walking on the floor. The original contractor and the general contractor were ultimately fired due to many issues during the renovation. Our designer recommended Leonas to research and hopefully fix the squeaky floor - which he did. So thankful that the renovated washroom is now perfect. But, what is most extraordinary about this experience is that Leonas followed-up to ask if the issue had been resolved or if perhaps the squeak has returned. The floor seems fine and no squeaks (knock on wood) after nearly a year. I have never had a contractor contact me to ask about work that had been done, and that speaks volumes to the integrity and genuine care offered by Leonas. He is a gem and deserves every accolade.

Leo is an absolute pro who was committed to the utmost quality in executing our project.  It is important to find the right partner who will see your project from inception to completion - we certainly found that with Leo.  He is an expert in his field, a real artisan with an eye for detail and was an enthusiastic partner in making our renovation come to life, providing some great ideas and advice along the way. His courteous and attentive demeanour made it a pleasure to work with him over the several months our extensive work took.  He was always available and responsive.  He managed multiple teams of experienced trades to get excellent results. Highest professional standards for design, materials and installation.  Leo and his team did an amazing job transforming our attic into a luxurious and unique third floor.  The end result is spectacular and we would highly recommend Leo!
