In my case, I already had a developed basement that I wanted to legalize. The unit being a walkout out had concrete stairs and landing installed.

The unit also came with a complementary washer and dryer installed.

Have to say this was an amazing experience with the OAF team. This is our third rental property and we wanted to develop the legal basement suite to get.some extra income from it. Our experience with the previous company we worked with wasn't great. Ayo came well recommended from a colleague so we decided to give them a chance and I'm glad we did. Project was completed in 9 weeks! Communication was great all through too. Highly recommend.
