I recently hired Nav North Contracting to install a concrete pad needed as foundation for a new 8x10 resin shed. Navee answered my call immediately and came out same day for an initial site assessment. He arrived on time, listened to all my questions and concerns and explained his planned activities thoroughly. Nice guy, very professional and knew his stuff very well. Provided a written quote shortly thereafter and willingly tweaked it a couple of times at my request (I'm very detail-oriented). On the first day he and his crew once again arrived on time and completed the site prep. They were respectful of my property throughout the process and honoured all conditions captured in the quote. All of them worked diligently on a very hot day to excavate, fill and compact the gravel base. They faced a unexpected amount of tree roots, but dealt with them without complaint. Just prior to the second day (form and pour) he informed me his usual concrete installer's supplier had a setback and was unavailable that day. Navee immediately sourced another supplier, and stepped in himself along with alternate crew to do the job himself on the agreed upon date. Each day he regularly checked in with me to ensure progress was to my satisfaction. It's only been about a week since it was installed, so I can't speak to its longevity. But I can say that the finished product looks great and is the exact dimensions (to the fraction of an inch) I requested. In short, he's competitively priced, very attentive to detail, focused on customer satisfaction and did exactly as I asked. I am very comfortable giving him a positive review.

Job was done very well and in a timely manner, and he always had a smile. I was very pleased with the end results. Also, a friend had her walkway redone by Navee with poured concrete, she was very very happy with the work and that it had a design to it. You won't be disappointed with them.

I placed a request via HOME STARS on a Saturday afternoon and a few minutes later, Navee responded to my request of a major cleanup of my backyard. He was very courteous and took the time to listen to my list of wants to improve the aesthetics of my backyard. From the initial phone call, I could sense his sincerity and his willingness to fulfill the project to my satisfaction.
He came to the house on a Monday morning and spent over a half an hour observing my backyard landscape with a keen eye and great suggestions.
He understood that I wanted to declutter the backyard space of several items such as an old and weathered patio set, a big patio table two large compost containers that werent in use and big storage containers containing various decorations and kindling for a barbecue that has been disposed of earlier in the summer.
The communication with him via phone, text and email was exceptional. It was very apparent that Navee strives to please the client and fulfill the vision of whatever work youd like him to do. The fact that he was asked to remove these various, heavy items from the backyard of my townhouse showed his professionalism and his excellent work ethic in dealing with this awkward home setting. He and his employee Mike made it work to my amazement. He and his employee arrived after 11 am and worked the whole day to around 8 pm that evening to ensure that all the work was completed with great care and excellent workmanship. I was very impressed.
The quote he gave me on this backyard project was fair and detailed. He was patient and open when I had asked him several pertinent questions regarding the project. Gardening isnt a strength of mine. That is why Navee kindly agreed to create a design plan of the backyard with suggested plants that would fit perfectly in my new setting.
He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride when the project has been completed.
