The electrician is very professional and thoughtful. He is very meticulous and he ensures each fixture wiring is neatly coiled and tucked inside the ceiling.

Billy and Jamal installed a number of light fixtures, replaced a bathroom fan, and put an electric outlet over the fireplace which they had to fish the wire from one of the bedrooms in the basement. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and always communicating with next step of action. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work. Thank you gentleman for addressing my electrical issues.

This job was moving some electrical wires left exposed after the removal of a small wall. Had two gentlemen come. They were late BUT kept me informed the whole time as it was traffic issue which I appreciated greatly. Once they arrived they took a look at the work to be done, asked exactly what I needed and I told them I was pretty flexible as to where the outlets and switches were placed. They went right to work and were done in no time. Cleaned up and were gone. Very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend and would call again if needed.

Very unprofessional. Scheduled originally for Sunday but he did not show up due to running late at another job. Re-scheduled for Wednesday evening. Again, did not show up and no communication. Hours later, after multiple phone call attempts and text messages he indicated that someone was not coming. Terrible customer service and poor communication.

The PLUG ELECTRIC (Billy) installed the electrical services in my backyard and installed a lamp in the house entrance. It required installing an outside cable from the electrical panel to the backyard. Billy is professional and friendly; it took around 4 hours. The price was reasonable.
