James was excellent! He arrived on time, was super knowledgeable/helpful and was able to install two ceiling fans and do some investigation for other electrical issues we were having. I will definitely call X Core Electric again for the next time I need work done. I definitely recommend!

Generator install

Installed automatic transfer switch and a new Generac generator just in time before the next power outage, the other electrical contractors didn't seem to have this expertise and didn't want to take a chance, James executed the work swiftly and neatly, he tested everything too and I'm so happy that I have backup power and ready for the next power outage!

400amp Main El. Panel install (upgrade) and adding 200amp sub-panel

It was a great experience on letting James handle both projects: the 400amp Main panel install (upgrade) and adding 200amp sub-panel for our residence. James handled perfectly all the communication and date/time coordination arrangements with Hydro One for disconnect/connect, ESA inspection and also ensuring we have all materials in place for all of the electrical work. We had both projects completed and ESA inspected/approved on time. It was a pleasure hiring James for both projects and definitely recommend his services to others.
