True Service Plumbing and Drain

Raymond and Stephan were an absolute pleasure to work with! I had a leaky pipe in my rental condo and was informed by my tenants. I received a response to my request for service by Raymond fairly quickly and within 24 hours, the pipe was replaced and fixed. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, very professional, good communication and a very reasonable price. He also showed up on the earlier side of the two hour window my tenant provided him, which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend to friends and family. I think I have a new go-to plumber for future issues!

My kitchen faucet needed to be changed because of a leak and since it was the original faucet the builder had installed and it had been leaking for a while we couldn't change it.. we tried everything and it just was too tight to remove even with all the plumbing tools.. then we finally had no choice but to call a plumber. We contacted true service and they showed up the same day and Stephen and Raymond did a fantastic job.. they removed and installed the new faucet within 20 to 30 mins. It was a tough job but they knew exactly what needed to be done. Excellent job

There were quite a bit of coordination involved for my project and they were super patient and responsive with all my inquiries and requests. Their service was professional, quick, and reasonably priced. Fixed all the issues for me and kept the place clean. Our sump pump was backing up with water and Frezer and the team from true plumbing arrived to our home within 20 min of our emergency. Frezer checked the pump thoroughly and the team diagnosed the issue efficiently and had it fixed in no time. Absolutely excellent service

Raymond was recommended to me by my contractor and I contacted him to get my leaky shower faucet fixed. He identified the problem over the phone, gave me a quote and offered to come on the same day. Raymond and Stephen came over on time (really appreciated not having any complaints about coming to downtown condo, which happens all the time). While Stephen fixed my shower faucet, Raymond took a look at some of the items that also needed attention and he was so honest and professional. Instead of asking me to get things fixed right away, he explained why its happening and taught me how to manage. I am so happy I found honest and reliable plumber and would call Raymond and Stephen for any of the plumbing issues!
