Raymond was recommended to me by my contractor and I contacted him to get my leaky shower faucet fixed. He identified the problem over the phone, gave me a quote and offered to come on the same day. Raymond and Stephen came over on time (really appreciated not having any complaints about coming to downtown condo, which happens all the time). While Stephen fixed my shower faucet, Raymond took a look at some of the items that also needed attention and he was so honest and professional. Instead of asking me to get things fixed right away, he explained why its happening and taught me how to manage. I am so happy I found honest and reliable plumber and would call Raymond and Stephen for any of the plumbing issues!

I had a tear on the seal of Whirlpool front load washer and contacted Yevhan. He ordered the part for me and came over the next day to fix my washer. He was very professional and didn’t waste a second when he came over. Amazing communication via text and email and most importantly he was so efficient in fixing. The machine is working perfectly now and I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend!

I found Afshin through Homestar website and asked him for a resale condo inspection. I had to waive the conditions within 3 days, so I was in a rush to find a qualified inspector. Afshin was very accommodating and adjusted his schedule for us on a very short notice. He arrived early for the inspection (which was very important as I had to make an arrangement with the current owner for the inspection). Afshin was very through and took time to explain as the inspection progressed. Thanks to Afshin, I was able to identify various potential problems of the property I was going to purchase. I also received a very detailed notice afterwards, summarizing issues he found and possible solutions/ future actions in a timely manner. In summary, I truly enjoyed the service by Afshin and would highly recommend him for anyone else!
