We had a leaking shut off valve in our 55 year old house. It was quite difficult to find a plumber to even consider replacing two shut off valves. I contacted 5 plumbers and only two got back to me.
Raymond was quick to follow-up on our plumbing need. Over the phone he walked me through how he was going to fix the problem. I asked him what his thoughts were on the shark-bite shut off valves and he was quite informative. He also mentioned that his work comes with a warranty. He also gave me a quote over the phone.
In contrast to our second quote, it was twice as much, done in person, and it was like pulling teeth to get information on what that plumber was going to do.
Raymond, Steven, and George arrived at our house at 1715hrs. Replaced two shut off valves. Explained how to winter ready the outdoor water pipes and shut off valves. We gave our thanks at 1750hrs and they were on their way.
In summary, I found Raymond transparent, honest, professional and informative. The cost was great. Raymond, Steven, and George worked efficiently as a team and were clean.
I will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs and I would highly recommend them to our family and friends.
