I was promised a 30 ft+ truck and a smaller one arrived and they were 2 hrs late. I specifically paid for 3 moving men since it goes much faster. I was wrong, these guys were clueless about how to move furniture and had no plans to how to load a truck. They took 12 hours and 2 loads. They took almost 12 hours to move our belongings! And despite me labeling the rooms on the boxes and putting it also on the rooms in the home they just dumped stuff most of the time in random spots and I had to pull it out and redirect them to place in correct location. They threw my belongings from my shed all over my backyard! We asked to put our patio furniture on the deck and only the table made it there. I have moved several times and I have never paid for such atrocious service. My hubby had to go back 5 times the next day because they left behind tons of stuff in our closets and cold cellar. My husband had to tell them to look at the closets several times because they seemed to purposely avoid them. Do not hire these guys!! Run away!!
Oh yeah, I have scratches on my high boy and broken vases that were in bubble wrap.

Hello ma'am I am extremely sorry you had a bad experience. But we never mentioned about a truck more then 30 feet, you can check the email that was sent to you it was mentioned about a 28 feet truck which was provided to you. And trucks bigger then this size are the long trailers which usually isn't used for residential move. As they are 53 feet. About the time taken for the move , 2 trips in 12 hours with the drive time in between the addresses is average. Still we are really sorry that we couldn't serve to your expectations.
