I would definitely recommend Justin & Brandon from Northtown Construction. They are professional, trustworthy, personable, great at providing updates on progress, communicating and providing a realistic timeline/schedule/cost expectations. This is our 1st home and I have no experience renovations so I appreciated them taking the time to explain things and provide suggestions along the way. I was surprised how quickly they were able to line up all the trades/work being done to get our exterior renovation done in a timely manner.

Northtown walked me through planning, design and then built my dream shop. The product is amazing, I felt involved and informed every step of the way. All the contractors and services were professional and top notch. I would recommend Northtown to anyone looking to build or renovate.

Brandon and Justin completed a renovation of our ensuite bathroom. We love how it has turned out. They communicated with us every step of the way. One of them was always here to meet tradespeople to ensure they knew exactly what was required of them. The site was tidied up every day and on completion everything was cleaned up very well. We would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend Northtown to anyone looking to renovate.

We loved working with Northtown. Life threw us a few big curve balls and we were in search of contractors that could get us in our house fast. Brandon and Justin immediately gave us confident our tight timeline could be met within our budget. We were only on sight once and they took care of EVERYTHING. Justin and Brandon were fantastic to work with throughout our townhouse renovation. From budgeting, project management, and on-site oversight, they were always thorough, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile. Even when we decided to take on a few of the tasks ourselves, they were always there to guide and support us. For my 2nd bathroom reno, we hired Justin and Brandon at Northtown and they absolutely crushed it. Trades were in and out like clockwork. Everything was kept neat and clean. Both Justin and Brandon kept us in the loop at every step of the process so we were never left with a trade coming into our house not knowing exactly what to do. 2nd Bath completed in less than 5 weeks with virtually no disruption to our daily life. Would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone looking to get work done in the future. Blown away how professional they were.

We worked with Justin this summer to re-side and swap all windows and patio doors on the south facade of our Duplex. We also painted the exterior off the building. Working with Justin was a great experience. There were all kinds of materials shortages due to COVID and we were hearing of folks who were having their timelines shift for lack of either labour or materials. Justin was on top of every detail not only did they finish the work early, but I was also under budget. Having worked with others in the past that come and go from the job and you’re never sure how cómitres they are to your job, we was thrilled that Justin had lined up all his trades perfectly. The work stopped only when the job was done. For our next job, we’ll go back to Justin in a heartbeat.

We were impressed with Northtown’s professionalism. Everything happened on schedule, on budget , and all steps were discussed with us. We were always aware what was happening, and when. Brandon and Justin are perfectionists and ensured everything was completed to the the highest standards. We would recommend them to anyone, and plan on using them for future projects.

Justin and Brandon did an excellent job on our home. They completed a kitchen renovation for us and also did our main floor powder room and the floors throughout our entire townhouse. Everything turned out beautifully and it was all completed in three and a half weeks. We could not be happier with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them.
