Wood Grain Tree Service did a great job on the trimming of my backyard tree, which included some hedge trimming and clean up. Through their representative Daron, I was provided with some very helpful advice based on his experience with the type of tree I had and its growth pattern. I would highly recommend them.

Daron and Dave did a fantastic job of pruning the tall Elm tree in our backyard. While onsite, they noticed our chestnut tree had some dead branches and removed them free of charge. Daron is a very honest person and not sale person. He would tell you honestly what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done.

Daron was very knowledgeable and helpful in walking us through the process of removing a tree from our property, including the permit process and arborist report. His expertise to climb and surgically disassemble the tree limb by limb was extremely remarkable. I would highly recommend Daron to anyone. His price was very competitive, and his workers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves.

I stopped trimming my trees every couple years as I had 3 really bad experiences over 8 years. The trees hadn’t been done in 10 years and had quite a bit of damage from a couple of the ice storms. Not only did Wood Grain clean up (huge cedar hedges, 3 big trees, 3 smaller and numerous hedges) they shaped them and for the first time in 29 years my property looked fantastic and professional maintained. A year later the hedges look thicker and healthier. I am now on their annual tree maintenance list and it is worth every penny!

I recently had the opportunity to search for someone to come and remove and dispose of fallen Tree in my Daughter’s Backyard.

I had invited at least 6 different vendors including Daron Sakaloglu from Wood Grain. I am happy to say that Daron stood above the rest of the Vendors because not only was he knowledgeable, but he exhibited listening skills and showed that he fully understood what the client wanted and how best to communicate in layman’s language.

I selected to go with the Wood Grain and contacted Daron to see if he was able to work within and around my Budget. Daron demonstrated excellent Interpersonal Skills and a very good negotiating skills by informing me how he came to this cost i.e. that additional cost is due to Garbage Bin, Heavy Duty Lifting Equipment etc. We finally agreed on an amount that would keep both of us happy, i.e. I got a good deal and he got a business that would potentially lead to other such opportunities.

Once we agreed on the Terms and Conditions I decided to go with Wood Grain. Daron followed up with me on this potential opportunity and exhibited interest in the project and also informed me on what would take place for his set up and commencing the work.
Daron had said that he would show up around 07:30 A.M. on the day but he was at the site before 07:00 A.M. and according to my daughter they rarely stopped for any refreshment or meal breaks.

The total task was completed earlier than had been predicted and both Daron and his partner were both very professional in their conduct and in how they communicated with my daughter. They left the site very clean and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wood Grain to anyone who may be looking for Tree and other related services.

I would have no hesitation in Giving Daron Sakaloglu and Wood Grain 10 + out of 10 and strongly recommend them to anyone who requires Tree related services.

We unfortunately had a large tree blow over during a storm on neighbors property, and he made an effort to come the next day to remove the fallen tree. Always cleans up nicely . We had two Maple trees that needed a lot of thinning out and the one is dying and needed a rod out through it to stabilize it. The hedge trimming was exceptional too !
