I recently had the opportunity to search for someone to come and remove and dispose of fallen Tree in my Daughter’s Backyard. I had invited at least 6 different vendors including Daron Sakaloglu from Wood Grain. I am happy to say that Daron stood above the rest of the Vendors because not only was he knowledgeable, but he exhibited listening skills and showed that he fully understood what the client wanted and how best to communicate in layman’s language. I selected to go with the Wood Grain and contacted Daron to see if he was able to work within and around my Budget. Daron demonstrated excellent Interpersonal Skills and a very good negotiating skills by informing me how he came to this cost i.e. that additional cost is due to Garbage Bin, Heavy Duty Lifting Equipment etc. We finally agreed on an amount that would keep both of us happy, i.e. I got a good deal and he got a business that would potentially lead to other such opportunities. Once we agreed on the Terms and Conditions I decided to go with Wood Grain. Daron followed up with me on this potential opportunity and exhibited interest in the project and also informed me on what would take place for his set up and commencing the work. Daron had said that he would show up around 07:30 A.M. on the day but he was at the site before 07:00 A.M. and according to my daughter they rarely stopped for any refreshment or meal breaks. The total task was completed earlier than had been predicted and both Daron and his partner were both very professional in their conduct and in how they communicated with my daughter. They left the site very clean and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wood Grain to anyone who may be looking for Tree and other related services. I would have no hesitation in Giving Daron Sakaloglu and Wood Grain 10 + out of 10 and strongly recommend them to anyone who requires Tree related services. Raj Shah

After reviewing several quotes for the Sodding that we needed for over 2300 Square Footage area we finally selected Captain Handy by meeting with the Owner Alex. When the work started, their staff were very professional and courteous in their conduct and more importantly their Project Manager Ihab made it absolutely clear that he would ensure that we were 100 % satisfied with the work they had carried out. Ihab needs to be recognized separately because he not only exhibited customer focus but went an extra mile to meet customer expectations. Once the Sodding was completed, we decided to engage Captain Handy to install Automatic Sprinkler System and when I told Ihab that I am looking for a slightly more expensive and reliable system, he immediately agreed and did not ask for any additional money. In our opinion Ihab has been an exemplary employee of the Captain Handy and with his Interpersonal Skills he would bring absolute success to the business. We are very happy with their professionalism and customer focus attitude and I am glad to say that in 2022 we would be engaging Captain Handy to replace a large area of Interlocking Driveway, Pathway and Patio at our residence. If I am asked to rate this company and specially their owner Alex and Project Manager Ihab plus their employees, I would gladly give them 12 out of 10 Raj & Meena Shah
