Knowledgeable, friendly technician came in one day and quickly removed a large wasp nest tucked into a corner of the exposed ceiling rafters in our basement mechanical room. Really appreciated the quick response and feel safer doing the laundry now. No way we could have handled it on our own. Thanks.
