Meticulous & exemplary customer service! We felt listened to, our concerns were addressed and the result was greater than expected. Initially all we wanted was to get rid of very unpleasant smells : FIRESTONE Restoration did exactly that. Our goal: welcome new tenants in a clean & fresh environment. After the Ozone Treatment, the home finally smelled lovely. As landlords, we now believe this treatment should be provided to any tenant prior to their move. It's a must: especially to get rid of pet smells! The Ozone treatment has now become our 1st step when getting new tenants. Thank you again!

It's the rainy season. My sump pump overflowed overnight due to a faulty switch and I panicked. I called Noah at 05:00! When searching the internet for a company, I found his video on basement restoration. He seemed compassionate and honest and was the owner of the company stating he would always be on site. This caught my attention.
So I called and he picked up! At 05:00! Though he was unavailable to attend at that time to lift flooring due to resource shortages (it's a busy season) he availed himself to me providing me with other numbers for plumbing, restoration etc. I was so impressed with his commitment to me. He continued to call and text ensuring I was making progress for no other reason than to not leave me hanging on my own. Fortunately for me, he worked things out and was able to attend my residence later that morning to bring drying equipment, efficiently and effectively resulting in a dry, clean and mold free basement! He maintained contact with me the entire time (4 days) his equipment was in my home. His expertise was apparent and I was equally impressed with his staff.
His compassion and genuineness left its mark.

Things never happen at the best of times. Like everyone, we have been homebound for 2.5 years. the FIRST time I go out of town, my wife calls in a panick that we have a flood. I called Firestone Restoration the night of the flood and unfortunately they were having phone troubles, So I decided I would deal with it in the morning. First thing the next morning, the phone rings and its Noah from Firestone Restoration, he starts by apologizing for the phone issues, and then asks what he can do to help. I explained the situation and he was on site within 2 hours. My wife, who was nervous not having me around felt right at ease. Noah came in, explained what had to be done, what they were going to start with and all the next steps. The fact that they were on site so fast and the expertise that they showed, saved not only our hardwood floors, but also a ton of time and money. Dealing with a company like this restores your faith in the service industry. Highly recommend to anyone in need!

Firestone Restoration was absolutely exemplary. Came quickly and knew exactly how to mitigate the water infiltration in our basement. Very good attention to detail and very good diagnostic skills. I would definitely trust them again. Highly recommended.

An emergency need for some mold remediation combined with plumbing and cabinetry work would normally be a terrifying experience. Noah and his team at Firestone were able to provide a very reasonable quote and timeline to get the work performed and came in on budget and stuck to the timeline with unprecedented proactive communication throughout the process including follow up afterwards to ensure everything was still well received.

After moving into a beautiful temporary living space while our new home is being completed, a family member had an allergic reaction because of pets having previously lived in the space. We contacted Firestone Restoration to see if they could help. Noah came the next morning to do an evaluation and began the work immediately. His team deep cleaned all carpets, padded headboards and other soft surfaces that could trap fur and dander. They also cleaned ductwork and filters and any other affected areas. Noah left some heavy duty fans on-site and by the next morning, everything was dry and allergen-free. We are very grateful for Firestone’s excellent work which provided a healthy environment for our family during our transition time.
