Precision 4k Property Maintenance

We hired this company to install sod over 11,000 sq ft. We were expecting prompt, communicative, excellent service. What we got was confusing communication about when exactly the work would take place. The workers who showed up for the job openly swore about my neighbor as well as the owner of the company. Every time I went out to speak with one of the workers, they were unpleasant and slightly rude. When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, he seemed more interested than setting up a time for his wife to come pick up the money than he did in providing good service. All in all, I felt like an emotionally-jerked-around ATM. I communicated my frustrations to the owner and he provided excuses and smooth-talking with no attempt at going above and beyond. If you want good service, go with ANY OTHER COMPANY EXCEPT Precision 4K!
