Kevin and his crew did an amazing job. Communication was smooth throughout. They picked up the paint I selected so I didnt have to worry about anything. The whole job was done in one day. They also didnt charge me extra for small things I forgot to mention in the original request. Their prices are very decent too comparing to other quotes Ive gotten. All is all, great experience!

Kevin provided me with a quote to do a full washroom renovation but due to unforeseen circumstances, Kevin edited the job/quote to my needs and his team did a great job.

He replaced the drywall on the ceiling to a mold/mildew resistant version, installed 4 pot lights, changed our vent and replaced a section of the vent ducting (4'). Kevin is very accessible and he's quick to provide updates and general communication. His team came when they said they would and finished as per the provided schedule. They are also very polite and friendly.

I'm happy with the final result and will be re-hiring Kevin and his team to complete the job in the near future. Thank you Kevin!

I had a shower room leak from the tiles and as a result I decided to rebuild the shower. Kevin and his team was able to quickly come to the place and did free consultation. He explained to me each option and the cost of tiles, new shower glass door and shower sets. His team was able to remove and rebuild everything in 3 days and install a new shower door in a week. I am very impressed with their work and would recommend them again!

Kevin and his crew just finished our basement renovation and we are thrilled with the result. The contract included removal of the existing pop corn ceiling, demolition of a portion of an interior wall, many new pot lights, insulation and drywall on the exterior walls, and laundry area walls, dricore subfloor with 7 mm vinyl on top, new stair treads and new railing, and painting it all. The finished product looks great and was finished on time and for a fair price. The reno included adding a brand new 2 piece powder room. That required the crew to cut a rather large trench through the concrete floor and around the existing furnace to lay new pipe and tie it into existing pipes for the toilet. We did not want to install vinyl or tile flooring in that area of the basement but everything was finished so well you would never even know the floor had been cut as the cement over it was smoothed and the whole area painted and then finished with another coating. Kevin was easy to work with. He was always on time and prompt in responding to all communications and did all he could to make sure we were satisfied. His crew on site was hard working, polite and professional. Not a minute of the day was wasted. They took a coffee and lunch break but other than that worked continuously and very hard so that they accomplished a lot in their 8 and 9 hour days. As a result the job was finished ahead of schedule. The crew's spoken English was not great which did cause some challenges if Kevin was not on site and they needed to ask us something, or when we needed to explain things, but those challenges were not insurmountable as pointing and hand gestures usually did the trick. Any language barriers were also offset by their ready willingness and genuine desire to please. The work they did was top notch. Each had their own area of expertise so what they did they did well. The clean up at the end of the job was also satisfactory. I am pleased to be able to recommend Lucky Construction to anyone looking to renovate their basement.

This is second time I hired Kevin for renovation. They did whole my house dry wall fix, paint, Ceiling paint, Vinyl flooring, Stairs. His team is very efficient. Every thing done with perfection & with in a short time. He is a trustworthy guy. I will recommend him.

Kevin was so quick and responsive with texts discussing the job in advance, which was painting our small bathroom, including the ceiling. It was a job we had been waiting to get done, and had not gotten around to. Kevin was the answer to our problem, arriving with two others to efficiently complete the project. When Kevin was not going to be arriving at the expected time, he was good with calling and texting to ensure we were kept up-to-date about his estimated arrival time.
