Yasir Renovations

I found Yasir Renovations on Homestars as they were interested in another job. I did not hire them for that.
I hired this company to install tiles in an already demolished and readied spaces. I paid them a substantial amount for very little work (less than 40 SQFT of space) to just lay down tile properly. The quality of the work has led to tiles shifting and popping when stepped upon. We're approaching the winter and I fear water damage from snow/etc. seeping through the cracks.
But, try as I might to get them to fix a problem they created, they have been unresponsive. See the attached photos showing grout that keeps cracking. It's only gotten worse.
I've been trying to reach them for months but am being ignored. The main contact (Roshan) stated that the person responsible is no longer working there. He has implied that this means it's no longer his problem.
I would not do business with this company for a small job. They don't honor their work.

Assim of Yasir Renovation quickly replied to my request .
He was punctual, pleasant, and did a great job patching the wall, then installing the vanity and no clean up was needed.
Other work needs be done, so I will definitely be calling Assim again.

Mohammad came right on time and worked tirelessly until both complicated pieces of furniture were assembled. He was polite and very capable. He did an excellent job. Would definitely hire him again.

It was a pleasure dealing with Yasir Renovation. Roshan the project manager was very personable and provided an honest opinion of what the scope of work would entail. The team was very efficient and professional. They worked hard to complete the renovation of my kitchen and bathroom in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using them.

Fraid and His team did a great job updating our bathroom. Fraid is very responsive to emails and phone calls which is unusual in this business. The work was completed quickly even with all the constraints for contractors during Covid. The boys are not afraid to make suggestions on fixtures and materials which we liked. They have good a good supplier/installers
