Worst experience Ive ever had. Been dealing with this company since may its been a nightmare since day one. Still didnt receive the government rebate. Was told mid September still not here. Ive made several calls Sept 28,Oct16,Oct27,Nov 2 told the samething each time Friday its coming. Ive asked for a manager to phone me and Im still waiting. The install I still dont have a doorbell. Yet they took the nest doorbell I had which worked fine but was convinced I needed an upgrade. I wanted a wired doorbell only for them to say it is discontinued which is not true. I can go on and on. I never had anyone explain why any of these things work or how to maintain them. When I asked the salesman he said he didnt know about the products and would have the tech go over ever Which never happened. When they came back to install heat pump I asked about the water softener only to be given the wrong information. I had to Google it. Back to the doorbell the battery one which I did not want never worked properly months later tech guy #2 dropped off a doorbell again the battery one which I did not want. It was never installed bc it had to be charged only to be told that its easy to install just Google it. When I told this company this is unbelievable why would I install it myself when you charged me $2000. Months later when then sent a company to install the doorbell I said this is not the doorbell I agreed to get installed they went to be up the wired doorbell which is still available only to get a call saying if I wanted the wired doorbell I would have to buy it. I said no way then I want my original doorbell which was wired back. It was a nest just the older model. Then they cancelled the install. To this day I have nothing. Now cameras again no one showed me how to work them only to find out I need to get a ladder and charge them once a week. Im on disability with bad health only to find out these are high maintenance. I was also over charged and given 2.99 interest rate then in a years time 12.99 when I told the salesman I cant afford it if it goes to 12.99 he said oh dont worry when the year is up we can call to get the same interest rate. Another thing I was told 3 months free on my bill it never happened. I can say so much more but to much to type. Most exhausting experience ever. I am now looking at how to take this company to small claims court.
