Wheelhouse Construction

Mike, the owner/manager of PerfectRoof which is another name for the Wheelhouse Construction is a very friedly and extremely well spoken individual. It is so easy to like him on the first conversation when he is trying to get you to sign. The contract requires you to pay half the money upfront and Mike will be more than accomodating in taking the money from you. At this stage he will come to your house as well as be very responsive on the phone/SMS.
Once Mike collected the deposit he became unresponsive. Almost 8 months after the contract was signed he simply disapeared. He never showed up to perform the work or delivered any materials.

Exactly as stated by the other reviewer. We've been waiting over four months since signing the contract. Does not respond to phone calls. Emails eventually elicit promised dates which come and go with no excuses. One of the least competent business people we have ever dealt with. Unethical, uncaring, uncommunicative.

Hi Everyone,
I signed a contract with the account manager "Mike" who seems like one of the nicest guys you will ever meet in your life. Don't be fooled by the friendliness.
Part of the contract was to pay 50% of the contract upfront for material and the remaining 50% paid upon completion. He received the initial 50% and scheduled the work BUT never showed up on the scheduled date to perform the work. Material was never delivered. He scheduled the work again and again and again BUT never showed up. To add to this, he has stopped replying to my messages, texts, and phone calls. He just doesn't seem to care about your schedule, your money, and doesn't seem to have work ethic.
Be aware, and do not give any money to this company unless they actually give you a complete job.
