We got service by Ed for our town house that we were going to purchase. Ed did an Amazing job by inspecting town house from A to Z in details. He did great job by reviewing report with us and answered all our question in details and gave us lots of information and ideas on maintenance for the future. what I love about Ed is... He is reliable very humble and respect full. He replies messages very quickly and if you have any questions even after his service done he is there for you to answer any question may arise later on. He is one phone call away. I would highly recommend his work. if I could I would love to give him 20 stars because he did his job 200 %.

We hired Ed to look at a bungalow we were wanting to purchase. Ed was recommended to us by others who had used his services, as well as the fact that he was interNACHI certified. Ed was prompt to reply to our messages and was up front about how much time he would need for the inspection so that we could coordinate with the realtors. Ed was incredibly thorough with his inspection finding things that even the current owners weren't aware of. This included viewing the attic as well as the roof which was challenging to access. The resulting report was very comprehensive and Ed did a great job reviewing it with us and answering all of our questions. We really felt that Ed was working for us and had our best interests in mind and had the confidence to know what we were buying with this home.
