Filadelfia Construction

I can't begin to say how happy we are with Filadelfia Construction.

Rodney and his crew did an amazing job salvaging, yes I said salvaging a botched drywall and framing job done by another company who called themselves professionals.
Thankfully, we found Filadelfia Construction and let me tell you they are the real professionals. This is what they do day in and day out and that's what you need in a company!
Rodney Arrived on the same day I called him, this was a huge plus in our books given the experience we had and quickly assessed the problem.
Pointed out right away what the other crew did wrong and then told us quickly what needed to be done and how they would do it.
He most importantly took the time to explain to us vs assuming we would automatically understand everything.
Sent us a quote the same day that we liked and accepted and was ready to go.
His crew came in, fixed, patched up, restored and improved to resolve the issues we had and worked long hours into the evenings at times in order to get the job done.
Addressed openly and politely any concerns we had and was more than welcome to answer any questions throughout the process if we had any.

Our Biggest regret was not using Filadelfia Construction from the start.
If I had the money I would have gotten them to rip everything the previous crew did and start again the Filadelfia way.

I am very very picky with contractors and you can not go wrong with them.
They also offered a paint-prime option as an extra once completed, my wife jumped onto that offer right away as it was a big job to do ourselves.
When done, they went around again with a special blue mud to fix any touch ups that allows us to paint right over and that dries extremely quickly.
They also cleaned up when finished. Very important!

I would recommend them over and over again. Rest assured, if you hire Filedelfia, you get high quality results.
