Kent followed up immediately from Homestars. We made an appointment for the next day, he arrived promptly and his assistant was careful and tidy doing the work. It was completed in a short time without issues. After finishing he suggested he would lower his fee from 150 to 130.
So I paid him 130 and tipped him 20.
He was aware that I am a senior, and I mentioned that my wife was out of town. He called me the next day just to check on me given that I was alone. I would call that going the extra mile in service.....
He will be our first call for our family and our businesses.
