I called them in emergency couple of days ago as i had lost keys to my apartment. They sent over a worker within an hour after the call. He fixed and opened the lock within 20 minutes and recommended me to get a new lock installed as old one was not so safe he told. I agreed and next day he arrived and installed the new lock.
