Champagnie Development was very pleasent to work with and they did a great job installing the backwater valve and the sump pump. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More work will be getting done in the future including attic insulation and electric air cleaner.

I purchased a water purifacation and softening system from Marcel and he works with me from the paperwork thru to final delivery and installation .. Has checked back with me a number of time since purchased the system.. Very professional hands on service.

The final check for the back flow was done 6 weeks after the work was finished. Phone calls were made in April of this year regarding the rebate and I was told it could be delayed due to Covid. It wasn't I received repayment cheque this month after speaking with someone in the financial centre. If I had been given the telephone number in April this would have been a benefit to both of us.

After having the gas meter moved by <gas company>, we needed quick work done to have our line to the house extended.

As <gas company> only gave 12 hours notice of their schedule, we had to line someone up on a very tight timeline.

Marcel was able to send someone out and have the work done within 36 hours of our initial request. The job was done before our hot water tank got cold!

We were approached by Marcel on behalf of the city of Toronto regarding possible flooding issues in our area. Marcel and Ville and his team were informative and clear in all explanations, very pleasant to deal with, efficient and tidy in their work. The only issue was a long delay by the plumber in getting the final cap on but this has been dealt with.
