I was thoroughly impressed with Alex and his team. Long story short, they made an initial visit to investigate the difficulty of the job. Then, on another visit, they removed the tub efficiently without any damage to the many areas where there could have been damage (e.g., there were quite a few stair situations that were difficult and some tight corners and edges that were managed well). I would thoroughly recommend Status Furniture and Spas.

UPDATE: repairs have finally been completed after over a year of trying to get things taken care of.

Communication and service were great right up until the hottub was delivered and paid for on December 13, 2022. Upon delivery we noticed cracks in 3 of the 4 corner panels on the skirting and a small crack in the shell of the hottub. We were told these issues would be rectified immediately. Both my husband and myself have called and emailed several times and had absolutely no further communication. Unfortunately due to being unable to reach anyone we will be seeking legal action.

Alex and his crew were excellent to work with. They stand by their products. Has all the knowledge and expertise we looked for in a spa experience. We'll definitely be using these guys again for our next tub purchase and delivery.

Alex did an amazing job moving my hot tub from Chilliwack to surrey. I would highly recommend Alex. Space was limited and tricky but they did an excellent job without any issues or damage.

As simple as I could get Alex is Awesome he moved my swim spa right to where it should go simple and painless stuck by me till the end Highly recommend

Status Furniture and Spas was efficient, informative, and easy to talk to. After they were gone our Hot Tub is working better than ever and they were so clean it was like magic
